Return/Refund Policy
Beginning for orders placed on or after January 1, 2023
Podshop.biz is a print-on-demand store, which means we have no inventory and no means to handle returns or re-sale of returned items. Please consult the size guides for clothing items before purchase, because refunds and replacements are limited to those based on specific exceptions.
Exceptions:
If you receive an item of sub-standard quality (defective items, damaged items, printing errors, manufacturer errors, or something else we screwed up on our end), contact podshop@uxbridgeshimoda.com so we can see what happened, evaluate the issue, and make it right. In most cases we will refund or replace your purchase.
For everything that isn’t wearable (mouse pads, stickers, gym bags, mugs, coasters, etc.) make sure you want what you’ve ordered - all sales are final for Drunk Shimodas!
This is a small business made to provide fun things for Uxbridge-Shimoda viewers, and we’ll work in good faith to resolve any issues that come up.
